• 8:30am-12:30pm or 8:30 - 4:30 p.m., Early Drop off is available at 8 a.m., Extended care available until 5 p.m.

• A $50.00 registration fee per child per week is required for the 1/2 day Program. A $100.00 registration fee per child per week is required for the Full Program. This deposit will be credited toward the fee and is not an additional fee but is non-refundable.
• If your child(ren) will be attending more than one week, payment may be made in full for all weeks, or on the Friday prior to the week attending.
• IF space and staffing allows, we will accommodate individual day registrations (minimum of 2 days per session) starting the Thursday before each session.

• 8:30 - 12:30 p.m. HALF DAY option $250.00 per week
• Daily Fee: $50 IF space allows.
• EARLY DROP OFF, 8 a.m. = $50.00 a week, prepaid, $10.00 per day prepaid, or $10 per day, payable day of.

• 8:30 - 4:30 p.m. FULL DAY option $495.00
• Daily Fee: $100 IF space allows.
• EARLY DROP OFF, 8 a.m. = $50.00 a week, prepaid, $10.00 per day prepaid, or $10 per day, payable day of.
• EXTENDED DAY, 5 p.m. = $50.00 a week, prepaid, $10.00 per day prepaid, or $10 per day, payable day of.

Preschool programming will be available August 24- 28.  Due to staffing and space availability, registration will be limited.  Contact Fidelity House for a registration form in summer.

Payments made through our office or the mail will be recorded on your ONLINE Myrec. account. Please make sure you have your current Myrec online account (via fidelityhouse.org) up to date and that your CHILD is listed as a MEMBER in the family account.
