SUMMER FUN!  LIMITED OPENINGS AVAILABLE!  Many weeks are at wait list.  Please CLICK HERE to add your child's name to the wait list.  There will be many changes before the start of camp & we work with the wait list.    
Our days are filled with  arts & crafts, sports-indoor & outdoor, drama, library visits, story time, local field trips, cooking, exploration, music, computer time, Red Cross swimming lessons (through Aug. 15), group games & science discovery.   Program hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with early drop off available 8 - 9:00 a.m. or 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. and extended care until 5:30 p.m.  Registration is weekly.

General Information
  • A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week (per child) is required to hold the spot. It will be credited toward the camp fee and is not an additional fee.
  • Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
  • We ask all registrations be made by the Friday preceding the week you are adding. A $20 late fee will be added for last minute registrations after Friday.

Before Attendance at Camp
a). Any BALANCE DUE for the upcoming week must be paid the preceding Friday. Please note we do not send out weekly bills.
b). A DOCTOR signed/MEDICAL (Immunization) RECORD is mandatory and requested 1 WEEK before your child attends.
c). Department of Early Education and Care FORMS are mandatory and requested 1 WEEK before your child attends camp.
d). ALL MEDICATIONS (short term/long term) require a medication authorization on file. Please request the form if applicable.

2025 Camp Fees
  • Weekly fee is $460.
  • IF space allows, we will accommodate individual day registrations (minimum of 2 days per session) starting the Thursday before each session.
  • AUGUST 18 – 28 PROGRAMS
  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade Camp programming will be available August 18 – August 28 (No Friday, Aug. 29). Due to staffing and space availability, registration will limited to youth attending during our Summer 2025 and 2025 School Age Child Care Program. Contact Fidelity House for registration form during the summer.

Pre-Paid Early Drop off & Extended Care
  • EARLY DROP OFF 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. $100 per week
  • or 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. $50 per week
  • Early drop off for campers not previously signed up will be provided at a rate of $4.00 per 15 minutes, payable at pick-up time that day.
  • EXTENDED CARE 4:30-5:30 $100 per week.
  • Extended care for campers not previously signed up will be provided at a rate of $6.00 per 15 minutes, payable at pick-up time that day.

Online Payments
Payments made through our office or the mail will be recorded on your ONLINE Myrec. account. Please make sure you have your current Myrec online account (via fidelityhouse.org) up to date and that your CHILD is listed as a MEMBER in the family account.

Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH)
This Camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local board of health. MDPH regulations require Camps to have Health Care, background checks and discipline policies in writing and available for parent/guardian review upon request.

WAITING LIST
Some weeks may near or be at capacity and registrations for those weeks will change to wait list status. We ask you to please register your requests on our WAIT LIST (located on the program page). We have found summer plans change often. If we can accommodate your requests, we will!

Good to Know
Fidelity House will be FINISHING renovation work on our gymnasium this summer. Some meeting areas, activities, drop off areas may be modified to accommodate daily circumstances.
