SUMMER FUN! 
Fidelity House continues our summer fun for preschool age Monday, August 15 through Friday, September 2 for family child care needs!   Due to staffing and space availability, registration will be limited.   We are looking forward to making the most of our summer adventures and friendships and a chance to make memories that last a lifetime!  



      Our days are filled with  arts & crafts, sports-indoor & outdoor,  story time, exploration, group games & science discovery.   Program hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with options for 8 a.m. early drop off and extended care available until 5:00 p.m.   There will be limited number of 8:30 - 12:30 p.m. registrations allowed with 8 a.m. early drop off available.  Registration is weekly at the moment.

General Information
  • A $85.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week (per child) is required to hold the spot. It will be credited toward the camp fee and is not an additional fee.
  • Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
  • We ask all registrations be made by the Friday preceding the week you are adding. A $20 late fee will be added for last minute registrations after Friday.

Before Attendance at Camp
a). Any BALANCE DUE for the upcoming week must be paid the preceding Friday. Please note we do not send out weekly bills.
b). A current DOCTOR signed/MEDICAL (Immunization) RECORD is required to be on file. If you haven't given us one since last Summer/Fall, it's time to fill out a new one!
c). Current Department of Early Education and Care FORMS are required to be on file. If you filled yours out last Summer/Fall, it's time to fill out a new one!
d). ALL MEDICATIONS (short term/long term) require a medication authorization on file. Please request the form if applicable.

2022 Camp Fees
  • Week 10 - August 15 - 19: $400
  • Week 11 - August 22 - 26: $400
  • Week 12 - August 29 - Sept. 2: $400
  • Preschool programming is being offered August 15 – September 2. Due to staffing and space availability, registration will be limited to youth attending our 2022 Preschool Program. Open Houses for our school year Preschool & PreKindergarten Program will take place during the week of Sept. 6 - 9. Dates and times to be detailed n the Fall school year information sent to parents.

Pre-Paid Extended Care
  • Extended care for campers not previously signed up will be provided at a rate of $4.00 per 15 minutes, payable at pick-up time that day.
  • 4:30-5:00 $35 per week.

WAITING LIST
If the week has reached it's capacity, please call Fidelity House and leave your information on a wait list. August plans change frequently for families and if we can accommodate, we will. 781-648-2005
