We are currently taking Wait List registrations only for Kindergarten, 1st grade Camp. Summer plans change often and we will contact you if we are able to accommodate!      

SUMMER FUN! 
Fidelity House offers a summer program for children who are entering Kindergarten or 1st grade and is set to begin Monday, June 27!  We are looking forward to another summer of adventures and friendships and a chance to make memories that last a lifetime!   
   
          Our days are filled with  arts & crafts, sports-indoor & outdoor, drama, library visits, story time, local field trips, cooking, exploration, music, computer time, Red Cross swimming lessons (through Aug. 12), group games & science discovery.   Program hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with extended care available until 5:30 p.m.  Registration is weekly.

General Information
  • A $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week (per child) is required to hold the spot. It will be credited toward the camp fee and is not an additional fee.
  • Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
  • We ask all registrations be made by the Friday preceding the week you are adding. A $20 late fee will be added for last minute registrations after Friday.

Before Attendance at Camp
a). Any BALANCE DUE for the upcoming week must be paid the preceding Friday. Please note we do not send out weekly bills.
b). A DOCTOR signed/MEDICAL (Immunization) RECORD is mandatory and requested 1 WEEK before your child attends.
c). Department of Early Education and Care FORMS are mandatory and requested 1 WEEK before your child attends camp.
d). ALL MEDICATIONS (short term/long term) require a medication authorization on file. Please request the form if applicable.

2022 Camp Fees
  • Week 1 - June 27 - July 1 : $400
  • Week 2 - July 5-8 : (No Camp July 4) $320
  • Week 3 - July 11 - 15: $400
  • Week 4 - July 18 - 22: $400
  • Week 5 - July 25 - 29: $400
  • Week 6 - August 1 - 5 : $400
  • Week 7 - August 8 - 12: $400
  • AUGUST 15 – SEPTEMBER 9 PROGRAMS
  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade Camp programming will be available August 15 – September 9. Due to staffing and space availability, registration will be limited to youth attending during our Summer 2022 and 2022 School Age Child Care Program. Contact Fidelity House for registration form.

Pre-Paid Extended Care
  • Extended care for campers not previously signed up will be provided at a rate of $4.00 per 15 minutes, payable at pick-up time that day.
  • 4:30-5:30 $50 per week.

Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH)
This Camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local board of health. MDPH regulations require Camps to have Health Care, background checks and discipline policies in writing and available for parent/guardian review upon request.
