This is the required registration Fee for the 2021 - 2022 School year 8:30 a.m.  - 12:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.  - 3:30 p.m. & 8:30 a.m.  - 5 p.m. Preschool/ Prekindergarten programming. Please download the Preschool Registration Form and return to Fidelity House with the required information.  

Please note,  your preschooler has to be 2.9 (2 years, 9 months old) or older on the first day they attend our program.   

                                Fidelity House Preschool was established in 1976
                      and is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care.
